Cancellations by Alpha Safety Training
If Alpha Safety Training cancels a class prior to the day of training, a full refund or rescheduled date will be issued.
Cancellations by the student
The total course fee is required to reserve and guarantee your spot in any of our courses.
If a student cancels less than 30 days before the class date, there is no refund (either for deposits or full payments). However, you may reschedule to another class date.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before the course date you will be given no reschedule date.
